A simple but solid and dependable three-pronged cast iron coat hook with embossed text reading '1883'. The 'Acorn Style' name is derived from its prongs, which have tips resembling the cupule and nut of an acorn.

What does the '1883' refer to, you ask? We don't know, to be frank. It could be a reference to the year Gloucester City, Coventry City, Bristol Rovers and Dunstable Town FC's were started; that the first electric railway opened in Brighton; that Treasure Island was published; that Clement Atlee was born. Or, it could be that someone really wanted a coat hook matching their house number. It's a mystery - isn't that interesting?
